HI guys,
I'm wondering why doesn't the led on the included wireless pir light up when I walk pass it? On the wired pir it does light up. Am not asking how to program a professional panel , just asking is it possible? I'll Am trying to collar technical on their skype chat

Probably to reduce power consumption in order to prolong battery life.

The led only lights up in walk test mode and as bernardgreen suggests its a battery saving.

Wireless is grade 2
but hardwired Grade 3 systems you have to move the jumper across to to disable the LED as part of the regs (i believe), but people like to see the detectors working.

If demonstrating explain why and show them with a walk test so they are reassured.
