I would just like to say thanks.

To everyone who posts questions, and especially to all who have the 'knowledge' and experience to answer them. I joined this forum over a year ago and was lucky to see one posting a week, now it's turned into a vast and fascinating, resource of knowledge, help, and advice.

To all of you tradesmen out there who give to the DIY bods like me...

I would also like to add that i do read the thanks posts, but if we all replied to "thankyou" we would end up with a load of thankyou, no thankyou!, no i thanked you first.........................

but it is nice to read those words.
