Thermostat wiring

Hi all

I want to fit a Sunvic TLX9201 room thermostat but not sure how to wire it. There are 4 terminals : 1 = common 2 = satisfied 3 = demand and 4 = neutral. I am confused because I only have 3 wires : brown, blue and earth (covered red). Am I right in assuming the earth is a switched live wire? and if so which wires go where?

Earth is probably demand.

Brown to Common.

Blue to Neutral.


Assuming that that was how the old one was wired.
