Hi all,

I'm having my old boiler replaced with a combi boiler. Can anyone tell me whether having thermostatic radiator valves installed is necessary (as in building regs or something)?

Thanks

Yeah I was just wondering whether they were part of building regulations or not, because I'm having a combi boiler installed and I don't recall the guy mentioning TRVs...

phone and ask him would be the simplest solution, but i think you'll find he's already priced these into the job.

All rads except the one in the room with the room thermostat fitted should have them. CHeSS 2006 standard.
