Thermostatic shower value with centre width 135mm and 22mm inlet

Hi everyone,

My existing shower has stopped working and it has the following dimensions.

Centre width : 135 mm
Inlet pipe: 22 mm

It only delivers scalding hot water and my plumber has indicated that the cartridge needs replacing although we are unable to source the appropriate cartridge. Looking at replacing the shower valve itself.

The thermostatic shower valve is connected to flexible shower unit as can be seen from the pictures. I am trying to source a replacements and am struggling identifying a shower valve with 22mm pipe inlet and 135 mm width.

Does anyone have suggestions for where I can find a suitable replacement for my shower valve?
