Yes its possible, but not recommended unless you have additional letterbox security fitted - it's too easy to manipulate the thumbturn open through the letterbox.
Take the double euro cylinder out, and insert a thumbturn cylinder. Make sure you get the correct size cylinder - use the one you're taking out as a guide.
