hi, Ive recently fitted my kitchen and had stripped off the old tiles from the wall. The adhesive on the wall is still there in patches, not alot though. Is it ok to apply the wall adhesive again on top of the existing one....(walls are concrete)

As we see you are in London , after the War the Govt had Prefab
(prefabricated , concrete sections , like old garages , they used this instead of the usually brick/ block wall)
buildings built an as you say the wall is concrete ,
are you sure its not a cement render (a type of plaster but made with cement )on your kitchen wall ???
