toilet fill valve identity?

Hi everyone..
1) Can someone please identify the fill valve in the photo?

2) Anyone know where I can get it from or are they now obsolete?

The problem I'm having with it is that the water no longer stops when the water reaches the desired level and keeps flowing even when the arm is raised to the maximum level so I suspect the pin is broken inside.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

It looks like you have a Top "Push Button" flapper valve the chain could be catching on the float
As Suggested previous fit a Fluidmaster they are better suited to Flapper valves.

Looks like torbeck fill valve, replacement washers are available. Otherwise fit a new one like a fluid master, wirquin or whatever else fits.
