Toilet Handle

Hi there i wondered if anyone knew where to source a replacement toilet handle. I presumed that all replacement toilet handles were a "one size fits all", but the diametre of the hole on my Ideal Standard toilet is only 20mm, and most handles are of 22-30mm. I only need the plastic part that slots in the hole as the old one snapped.
