Guys
I apologise in advance.
I decided to check my toilet macerator unit as tissue and stuff is taking a few too many flushes. I fear one of my friends has put something down the pan... So, I disconnected the power, unscrewed the top of the unit and was confronted with a unit full of compact crap - pounds of it... Sorry. I'm guessing this isn't right.
I live on the top floor of a building. There didn't appear to be anything in the blade but something is stopping the waste from exiting the plastic box - or is it normal for the box to be chock a block. Is it safe for me to just scoop out the waste or do I need to 'fix' something too? If so, what?
Michelle
