The mortar is about 1" thick and has been crumbling away . But now the whole pan is moving.
Can I remove this mortar and replace?.
As Sika product is not an option as it's far to high from tiles on floor.
Should never have been placed on mortar in the first place, especially on quarry tiles.
You need someone that knows how to drill tile, quarry tile especially and then lift the pan, clear out the screw holes and then screw the pan down using brass screws and proper plugs. If it needs raised then a hardwood ply or no more nails board to sit it on can be used.
