If the current flooring is cut around the pan then whatever the thickness of the new flooring is it will raise every pipe connection by that thickness. ie soil pipe and cistern feed pipe which looks to be solid copper(?)
Oh I see, it would only be raised around 5mm as they are Vinyl plank boards and there appears to be sufficient movement in the copper pipe from under the floor. So would it be this kind of thing:
I prefer the Mcalpine Mac 1 ones ( not long concertina flexi one) The Mac 1 type have more "give " so the small increase in height should be taken up. No sealant needed.
