Tribune HE Range No Hot Water

Hello All,
I have a tribune HE Range Unvented System, Direct Heating.
Just One switch Which Says Sink and Bath. ( Surely this is not correctly wired
I have looked at the switch Sink Switches on the Lower Element and Bath switches on the top element )
I am getting No Hot Water,
Where Can I Buy Elements for this Cylinder.
Do I need to Drain the Cylinder?
It Has two elements.

Duel immersion heaters. Top one for small amounts of water (sink) bottom when larger amounts of hot water are needed(bath).

Do neither of the immersion heaters work? have you checked the reset on the thermostat(s) under the plastic cover.

Your local plumbers merchant may have them or could order them in for you.

You will need to turn of the water and drain the cylinder.
