Triton Jade 3 shower

Hi,

I have the Triton Jade 3 shower unit and when i used it monday morning water started to flow from under the shower unit. After looking on various websites (including this one) i saw i need a new PRD and maybe a shower hose so i ordered both and paid for fast delivery and tried to fit them in morning. However after fitting both there is now no electricity coming to the shower.

Can someone help me out? Thanks very much Sam

Is there power to the isolation switch?

Did an MCB or RCD trip when the PRD operated?

there is no power to the switch at all.

Nothing seemed to have trip when it occured. We even tried it this morning and the water and electric was working, now since we have tried to fix it with the new parts its no longer working and there is no power at all.

You will need to trace from the supply through the protective device(s) to your shower switch and shower.
I would reccomend you employ an electrician.
