Trouble in ID ing alarm system

I'm having trouble IDing a alarm system the panel is white and has ADE optima compact written on it, square buttons on the top right numbers 0 to 9 and bottom row 5 buttons : chime, omit, reset, prof, set. There are 6 LEDs for zones a power led and attack, tamper day LEDs the circuit board inside has the following ID: 2BF102/01/2-4G

What I'm looking for is a user manual as the reset procedure should be power up and press the reset button twice but that dosnt work.

ADE optima compact would appear to be what you have, unless someones put something else in the box, which I would have thought is unlikely.

Yes that's the one main panel only. When I power it up it alarms what ever I do like put in 0123 or reset reset I can't get in to stop help is there something I can do to do a hard reset ?
