Hi

I need to purchase some of this to wire some sockets in my loft and bedroom

I might need invest in 25M, how much could I be looking at?

I am using it to fit a tube light in the loft by taking a spur off my ceiling light would this need to be in plastic conduit going up the wall in the loft and across the ceiling

Is it possible to take a feed off 1 socket going 2 ways, 1 upwards into the loft into a double and other under floorboards into a double which continues into another double, both of these doubles will be in same room as the feed and will used for small bedside lamp and phone charger, emphasizing on low power usage

Any help would be much appreciated

To do what you suggest with the sockets means either making the new outlets part of the RF circuit (assuming it is a ring) or fusing down a spur off a socket (that is part of the RF circuit) to 13A.

The loft light you can run from the bedroom light as long as there is a loop available at that point.

Buy a full 100m reel - it'll be cheaper per m and it doesn't go off

You'd be better off using 1mm² or 1.5mm² for that - you'll struggle to get 2.5mm² into lighting terminals.

No 1) 4 cables into one socket probably won't go

No 2) You should not have 2 spurs from one socket

No 3) You may not have an unfused spur supplying more than 1 socket

As you have under-floor access, why not extend the ring?
