Would like to fit the above but the soil pipe comes out of a concrete floor and is 230mm from back wall, at present the pan has an offset fitted to slightly counteract the floor pipe being not central and this is 225 to wall and the pan outlet is shown as 205 on tech drawings, i don't have a problem spacing the cistern out from the wall by say 25 mm BUT will i have enough room under the pan for the offset, have tried to find a pan at merchants but no luck(have to be ordered) to see if offset would fit but found a picture of an Alcona but it is hard to tell how much space there is.
I looked at the Sandringham toilet to go as this has a 220 centre bottom waste but have been told by merchants that they don't do the Sandringham with bottom outlet yet tech drawings show both bottom and horizontal, i do not want one of the square things and don't really fancy some of the cheaper stuff i have seen, pictures attached to help.
