u16 gas meter's rating query

Did a rating on a 35cdi greenstar which is connected to a u16 meter & it took 5 mins to complete 1 revolution, is the revolution on these meter's the same comsumption as on a u6.
The FGA was within MI's
The inlet pressure was 20mb.
I just have not come across this type of meter and wondered if the revolution was equal?

That would be about 3.66Kw I think.

Is that one of those boilers that takes 20 mins to go to full rate, after the power's been turned off.

Yes it is but the minimum power would be more than that.

I though some of the larger meters had a 2 cu ft test dial ?
