I was wondering if you could see anything wrong with these proposed drain layouts.

PS, I know I should ask BC, I've not managed to get the time off work to get them round. I've emailed my BCO officer but he's on annual leave. I think it should be fine, just thought I would get you guys opinion.

Cant see any major issues, if BCO wants to be awkward they may ask for a chamber instead of the bend on the run for the new gulley on the extension. Assume you have combined sewer, other issue maybe rainwater from extension, putting into the sewer is last resort if all other options have been exhausted, i.e. soakaway etc.

I was asked to do a soakaway test intitially, however it would literally put be on my neighbors wall as It's a very small garden.
