Evening all.

I currently have an ACL RTS2 thermostat that I'm not convinced is too accurate. I thought that rather than replace, I'd drag my heating system into the 21st century and go for some sort of digital job.

Now, I'm not great at all the electric stuff, so would prefer an ACL one that would slip into the bracket that already exists, however the digistat 1 has different pin assignments.

Do ACL do a direct digital replacement for the RTS2?

Thanks,
Steve

Aw gee c'mon, you can manage to swap a couple of wires!

The old Neutral you don't need, so put it in a piece of terminal block to make it safe.
The old Live goes to Common, and the Call is the same.

Cool. thanks for the swift reply!

Sure. That all sounds pretty easy. Isolate the old Neutral which leaves me with 2 wires. Call wire goes from 3 to 3. And move Live to 1 (Common).

That'll leave 2 (heating satisfied) unconnected?

Thanks again
