My upstairs radiators aren't as hot as my downstairs ones. Two of them upstairs do not work really at all. I tried bleeding them, but when i bleed them, i hear the hissing of air coming out, then it stops, but no water comes out. after a little while, i can go back that same one, bleed it and get more air coming out, but still no water. i did check downstairs, and those had no air as i got water from them right away, except for one, which hissed for about a minute and half, untill water came out finally. is this something i can handle and fix or is it time to call someone? thanks.

If you were in UK I would be suggesting that there was no water in your system due to a float valve being seized in a tank in your loft
