how do you pro's put a door contact on a upvc door when the door sits out 10+ mm from the frame

screw it on same as normal.
being upv it does not affect the magnetic filed.
but to be 100% sure fit it with blu-tac, connections outwards, and use a dmm to make sure it will work

thanks I wasn't sure if I could screw it on.
would a standard contact cope with a 15mm gap between the contacts as the door edge is angled.( nothing I can do to close that gap.)
