Just the soffits or the bargeboard (fascia) too? So u taking the wood off then?
hi, yes I am thinking of the fascias as well. would like to know just what is involved. I also read about covering the barge boards. what,s your opinion on that? auldreekie.
If the wood is sound you could cover it. Removing all the fascias is best suited to professionals tbh, especially when it comes to box ends. Also sometimes the cloaking is nailed to the top of the timber which is a right pain if it all comes away.
