It would be normal for the person doing the repair to obtain the replacement fan.

They are available from places like Plumb Centre in Park Royal.

The fans are quite expensive and I would probably only have a used one in stock for emergency repairs.

Replacing a fan is not a DIY project because they are part of the gas combustion system.

But you have not confirmed that the boiler is working now.

Yes, I do not want to install the new fan myself because I know I'm unable to do this.

The boiler is indeed working, but we do not turn on the central heating and the fan is temporarially working.

Are you available from the 4th of January to install a new fan? Could you let me know your prices?

Why would you not get a proper engineer to supply and fit a fan? There are 2 types for this model that are not interchangeable. A specialist will know from the serial number but you usually need to look inside. Most proper engineers who are professional will not fit customer supplied goods.
