Anyone have any comments on the Vaillant eco level condensate pump. I thought they looked quite funky but the instal pdf's show the usual discharge hose into the unit which I reckon looks a bit unsightly. I thought it was an integral unit rather like the programmers etc.
Would a general condensate pump such as used in air-con be an alternative or would there be issues with the corrosive element of the condense.
Could anyone let me have a current price on the Vaillant unit.

Regards

An air conditioning tank pump would be ideal for a boiler condensate pump... they are identical and cheaper than those labeled as being for boilers.... If you peel of the center brand label off the plumbcenter pump, you will find the original "Little Giant" label

Thanks chaps. i'll see what the prices are first and then make a decision. It's good to have a choice.
