Valliant eco tec controller vr350

Hi all. Im looking to get the above boiler and controller fitted. Im confused about the controller, does it sit in the boiler fascia? If so i guess i would need to access the boiler to override the timed functions? Is it possible to also fit a room stat for manual override control?

The 470 can sit in the booler facia, the 350 cannot be mounted that way...

so the 350 wall mounts somewhere remote does it?
