I need a little help with the arrangement of the drains and vent stack. Please see attached image.
The vent pipe has a soil, bath and hand basin connection to the first floor bathroom (not shown) and then goes through the tiled room into the roof void where it travels horizontally for a section and vertically through the ceiling into boxing and then into the floor of the cloakroom. Where the pipe goes into the floor, there will be a rodding point. The toilet in the cloakroom comes off a branch underfloor and exits through the foundation either sleeved or with a protective lintel as required. Would this be acceptable to BC as I intend to do a full plans submission?
Thanks
