Major problem went in roof after 2 years of new boiler, under floor heating, cylinder and some new radiators. The whole of the roof space is now mouldy and wet. The roofer says its problem with the venting system as its running very hot water all the time when heating is on even when you draw hot water off it runs even more. Help?

I assume you have a problem with water gushing from a vent pipe into a tank. If so then you're not the only one. A quick search will show that there are other answers to this problem already out there. Even if none of them quite fit your situation you can at least eliminate the obvious and come back with a bit more detail. Hint: it's nearly always caused by badly placed feed and vent pipes. Find out where yours go.
