****es me off when people start banging on a bout price.
What really boils my **** is the ' you were only here 20 minutes' and 'is that all it was'?
You pay me for what I know, not how long I'm there for........
For a repair I charge the same diagnostic fee if it takes me 10 minutes or three hours.
Tonight I went to someone I had been to six months ago. Then it was no pressure and filling loop in high up cupboard.
Tonight it was seized fan on boiler. Lubricated it and left to give him a quote for new fan and see if he wants to get a new one or just lubricate it when it gets stiff.
Must keep some WD40 in the bedroom.
