Your charts don't show the delays in those starting the abortion process and completing it.
Some women have to wait weeks. Thats not good. It could be much better.

Those stats are the recorded stats from forms completed and received.
They are based on standard reporting for periodic data.
It does not address, in any way, problems within the system. A completely different form of investigation would be required to identify any problems within the service.

For example, if Noseall's report was based on his projects alone, and there were numerous other unaccomplished projects, the data would not identify those unaccomplished projects, thus the report would not identify any problems within the industry.
Additionally, in times of high inflation, Noseall might choose not to apply any uplift in his prices during the project life.
That wouldn't mean that he doesn't have a problem with material or labour costs, and that his overall costs and profit are suffering.

Thus your presented report is pointless. It doesn't address the issues that you suggest it addresses

If the official stats only deal with the known and recorded terminations, it cannot hope to identify the problems.

If the recorded data only deals with completed projects and fails to identify the incomplete or non-starters, due to factors within the system, e.g. shortage of labour or materials, it will never identify or recognise problems within that industry.
If a planning department only presented stats on approved projects. it would never identify problems with projects that do not get approval.
Therefore it could never address those problems, because it never identified them.

How many women and how many days did they take to apply for an abortion. As the drugs are POMs they will need one doctor to sign something anyway and also update records.

Personally I don't see the need for 2 doctors. But why would a woman needs to search around for 2 when the services are set up to need them? Clinics can obviously look after that. Via GP would mean a referral to the NHS. GP's of course always blab about to other people about the medical history of their patients.
From January to June 2022, medical abortions accounted for 86% of abortions. This compares with 87% of abortions over the same period in 2021, and 87% of abortions over the full 2021 calendar year. The majority (97%) of medical abortions in the first 6 months of 2022 were performed at under 10 weeks, similar to the proportion in the first 6 months of 2021 (97%).

There are options on medical abortions. Both pills at home. 1st pill clinic / nhs 2nd at home, Both pills clinic or nhs. This may be because time to an early abortion is often given to 12 weeks, The missing 3% are over and above 10 weeks.

Could this be why the BMA mentions 13 weeks. Could it be that a service that is set up can't find a 2nd doctor in 2 weeks and that this also prevented it being done in 10 weeks? Sorry I don't buy it. There will be other reasons.
