Hi guys, a friend of mine has a Vokera linea 24 and there seem she is having a problem with it when she opens the hot tap.
Precisely, when she calls for hot water it works fine but when she shuts off the hot water tap and reopens it in about 20 sec , she gets no hot water and error code 03 for about 50 sec and then the boiler fires up again. This is very annoying especially when you are having a shower because in those 50 sec she can not get hot water. The same happens when she calls for heat. I have been on Vokera web site and error 03 apparently corresponds to a problem with the flue. I have been on the outside and nothing seems to be blocking it. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Thank you 4 your help.
