Vokera boiler - linea 28 - temp fluctuation

My boiler has started to misbehave! The hot water runs ok for a few minutes then turns cold. Looking at the read out on the boiler the water temp is shooting up (70 degrees!), then I guess the safety systems are cutting in . Runs ok, it seems, for the radiators. Do I have a dead boiler or is it fixable?

Water flowrate from hot tap in liters per minute would help.

Sounds like a blocked secondary heat exchanger.

I estimate flow rate to be about 8 litres per minute.

If it's fixable - what sort of price to sort it out?

No estimates- what is it? Measure it.

For a blocked HWHE, temperaure would not be 70

Have let hot tap run into container for 1 min - then measured. Result 8.5 litres per minute.
