Hi,

I've just moved into a flat that has a Vokera Excell SP80 combi boiler in. The boiler has been working perfectly for about a month. Today I go to use the hot water and there's nothing!

The pilot is on. When I turn on the hot water tap I can hear a solenoid click but the main gas jets don't turn on to heat the water, it just lets through cold water?

Any ideas, or is this one for the Corgi?

One for corgi as if you here a click it could need a new gas valve.

I assume you do have a gas supply and a working gas hob?

You talk as if you are a tenant!

If he really can hear a solenoid click then I had assumed he has electricity ?

IMO it sound like the gas valve is not letting through gas to the main burner. If the boiler ha snot been used for a whuile it may be stuck closed.

BUT... it is also possible that the grey push button has not been fully released back out.?

If you lit the pilot you may find the grey puch button sticking on the black plastic fascia??

Also as asked previous..does the heating work ?
