Vokera Linea 28 Combi boiler HELP!

I have a Vokera Linea 28 combi boiler.
When the water and central heating are both on, the system trips out and the red light and '03' error message flashes. However, with just the water on, the system kicks in and we get hot water.

No matter how often i redo the '01' reset fix, the hot water and CH won't kick in together. Radiators don't need bleeding and system pressure is ok.

Any ideas? Please help!

you can only have one or the over on a combi dhw or ch but not both at the same time do you mean when you turn off the demand for ch and turn the tap on the water is ok but if you have ch on and then turn the tap on the boiler cuts out is this is what is happening
