hi,got vokera linear 24. was operating fine all winter on constant. since back on timer loses pressure when cooling. found a leak on pipe which we have fixed. now noticed small amount water escaping pipe outside. also had to turn temp down so boiler doesnt blow out and pressure stays below 3 bar when radiaters on. any advice please as to what could be the problem. thanks
