Trace the other end of the cable that feeds them & disconnect it.

Can you work out how the circuit is wired? The wall lights will probably be fed from either the ceiling rose, in which case simply disconnect from that point, or from the light switch. You'll probably need a multimeter to work out which. Are there two cables at one wall light and one at the other?
