Wall mounted wash-basin

Can I find any wall mounted wash-basin in resin or any other light material.
Browsing the net, I only found ceramic ones.

Hi there,

Don't think you'll find anything in other than ceramic do the amount of abuse they can take.

May be you would find a small one for a caravan in plastic, but i'm not sure.

I'm not sure we'll install a wall mounted one in that case. Althought I have been told on that site that I can install a wall mounted basin on a plasterboard wall, my husband is very suspicious and concerned about the weight of the basin.

Hi there,

Fixing to a palsterboard wall is not ideal, but it can be done.

You would need to chop out some of the plasteboard and add additional studs / noggins to take the fixings
