Hi there,

My wall to pipe centre measurement is 38mm (see image).

Unfortunately, Type 11 radiators generally seem to require 50mm.

Does my 38mm measurement require something specialized or bespoke? Or will I be OK going with a standard Type 11?

Thanks
Gil

There are radiator hangers available that can give a choice of distance from the wall, I know because I have some in my house. Where they were bought I do not know, they were in the house when I moved in over 20 years ago.

If there is no leeway to pull the pipes away from the wall to increase the distance to meet the radiators inlet ports, you would need to ammend the pipework.

Or amend the brackets carefully with a hacksaw, add another hanging slot at the top and deepen the lower slot
