Hi
I have a problem with my washer/Dryer Hoover mod. HNWF6165-88s. it starts the program, and after few secondes, the delay and start lights begin flashing. it's 11 flashings.
Could some one help, I would apreciate.

E11 is a well known quirk on these machines & it is often caused by a bad/broken connection on the dryer NTC.
Power off, remove the lid & check the NTC on top of the heater box. If it has spade terminals make sure the wires are solidly attached to them. Measure the NTC resistance cold....then hot. At 25C it should measure 48kohm, if you partially submerge the NTC body hot water (85 - 90C) it's resistance should drop to around 2kohm.

Hi Zipper,

As I have no idea about where is the heater box, i would be grateful if you could advice how can I identify it. A technical scheme would help.

Pls adv urgently.

I thought I had already explained this. The dryer heater (+ themostats/NTC) are fitted in an aluminum box just under the lid. No drawings/schematics available! If you are lucky you may find something on youtube. But if you are still struggling with these instructions then maybe it is time to call qualified assistance?
