Almost certainly a partially blocked waste.
Check the following:
filter in the machine is not blocked
outlet hose not kinked
outlet hose not blocked
outlet hose not too far down within the standpipe
standpipe is 40mm and not 32mm
trap is not blocked
waste run after the trap is not blocked
outside gully or grating is not blocked
