washing machine not filling or spinning

sorry, there is only 1 red then 1 green and it keeps repeating.

when I did the buttons it must of reset something because now it is spinning, but it sounds like its about to blow up....such a loud whinning noise.

(also this is after wiping/scraping the brushs to clean them up a little)

E11 (one red/one green) usually signals a water issue...Tap closed. Inlet hose twisted/kinked. Inline filters blocked. Inlet valve defective. Faulty pressure switch/chamber/hose. Wiring issue. Or PCB defective. Check the obvious & post back. Does everything turn freely? Is there any noticeable noise/slack on the drum etc?

I have gone and brought a new machine, I think ill try and clean the contacts up a little on the motor and the brushes and if it works ill flog it on ebay.
