Water coming through a wall

I've got wate coming through the external single skin of the porch. I had a poke at the render on the brick work at the bottom where it meets the ground and it crumbled - you can see the light coming through the wall on the inside in the third pic. It also seems that the sealant at the bottom of the pvc door frame has failed and it's quite damp on the brick work under the door frame.

What's the best way to fix the whole in the wall and stop the water penetrating between where the wall meets the ground and under the door frame?

Can we see a picture of the exterior as this is where you wll need to be stopping any water ingress.

So the grey slab in the porch area in the original pictures is the bit in-front of the PVC door in the picture below. There isn't a further door infront of that just a metal gate.
Hopefully that makes things clearer.
