WC oversize pan outlet

Hello!
I have acquired an old complete WC (circa 1940s/50s) with overhead cistern that I wish to use to replace my modern downstairs WC.
The issue I have is the pan outlet is diameter 125mm, which is larger than modern toilets.

Does anyone make a pan connector that would fit?
Inner diameter is approx 92mm. The ceramic wall is quite thick.

Any ideas or suggestions would be most welcome

Never seen one. Best I can think of would be this, fitted straight onto soil pipe at the outlet end https://www.screwfix.com/p/floplast-underground-flexible-adaptor-110mm/19914
