who flew to the UK to visit the Cathedral They were interviewed on Russian T.V and they want an apology

Apparently 2 Russians were arrested by the Dutch a while back (?) Dutch and swiss intelligence said that they were on there way to Switzerland with certain equipment that could hack into the chemical weapons report lab in Switzerland ??

I expect it was a mistake as they were probably on there way to Switzerland to look at a cathedral
