What I would like to see is "if" the green belt is sold of.

Sell it off as individual plots.

Self builds are better for the economy, no one sits on "land banks" and it would screw over the big boys who predominately build shat housing.

I have a theory that if you read a quarter of the article, dismiss 2/3rds of what you've read, and believe 1/5th of that,,, your getting somewhere near the truth.
