what concrete to use for shed piles

I'm building a 4 x 3 shed following Liam from Oakwood garden rooms.

I am about to dig the 200mm x 600mm piles and am wondering what type of concrete (ready mix?) I should use.

5 bags ballast to 1 bag cement.

6x 25 kg bags ballast to 1x 25 kg cement.

Does it have to stand on concrete?
I much prefer to use a supported base such as Eco-bloxx or a wood frame on screw-jack supports.

It is standing on M24 threaded bolts concreted 600mm into piles.
