Hi, I'm thinking of putting a carpet down in a living room, one similar to the one found at the link below:

I currently have a lino covering on top of a concrete flooring.
When putting this carpet down would I have to put anything under it like underlay and/or a studded damp proof membrane or could I get away with just putting the carpet directly on top of the concrete?
