What price per m2 ?

Im getting quotes for some blockwork,
Stud walling,rendering and plastering.also removing windows.
The job is basically at my works there are windows 900mm high and 28 meters going around the building.the windows keep getting smashed so they want windows breeze blocking up,rendering from the outside,studding,boarding out and skimming internally and also wondering if it would be worth insulating between the block and the boards.
Its in the northwest,can anyone help me with the going rates for each so we dont get ripped off.any help i would be grateful of

I made that mistake once on a workshop I was renting. Dark as hell! Have you thought about putting mesh grills on the outside? At least you'll still be able to benefit from the natural daylight on the inside.
