Where to buy this catch?

I live in an apartment and one of the door catches is missing the catching mechanism.

The black part is missing so there is no way the door will close properly.

I need a new one so our cat can't access this room.

It needs to be this one as it would just be a case of a simple replacement and won't need any modifying.

Don't want to risk losing my deposit.
