Hi guys which boiler to put in been given potterton performa eco 24 he,or glow worm betacom 24, or baxi 80 instant he . Which is going to be best for two bed terace im renting out .Or been given a much expensive option of a intergas boiler any clue cheers.

The Intagas Boiler isn't a Band B appliance. although it is a large ugly Boiler!!!
I would look at the Remeha Avanta Range of Combis, all Band A.
Its the smallest boiler on the Market and Very quiet in operation, and priced just right in between the Band B/ Rubbish and the worcester. also it has a 5 year Warranty.

Far more important than the choice of boiler, is the choice of the installer. Compare it with cars: how long do you think a new Merc will last if the cheapskate supplier sticks rape oil in to save a few bob in stead of the right stuff?
